What started out as a pretty lousy workout ended up being a pretty intense one. I added a few exercises to make up for the ones that I had poor form. Namely, flat dumbbell chest press and incline chest press.
I’m going to have to create an actual program for myself with concentration on different muscle groups. At this point, I’ve been doing that…but without rhyme nor reason.
I definitely need more cardio as I was once able to run for two miles without a problem. Now, I’d be lucky to run one third of a mile.
Gotta sit down and evaluate and then make goals. And then come up with the program.
Gotta do it. No excuses.
